Episode 23 is the twenty-third episode of the Disney Channel Latin America series Soy Luna. It aired on April 13, 2016.

Plot[]

Luna and Simón are delighted to be back in the skating competition, but will Ámbar put a stop to their fun?

Summary[]

Luna & Simón reenter the competition[]

Simón is overjoyed to hear that he and Luna are back in the skating competition, but meanwhile, Tamara tells Delfina and Gastón that they are disqualified due to Delfina's outburst outside the lockers, where she pushed over a Jam & Roller sign. Delfina doesn't accept any of the blame and lays it all on the shoulders of Gastón and Luna. Later, Ámbar and Delfina complain about the decision, but Matteo sticks up for Luna and says that she could surprise them. But it doesn't seem to have any effect on the girls, as they continue to complain, and Ámbar vows to keep Luna from competing. Luna and Simón start training for the competition, and afterwards Luna calls him and reads him some lyrics for a song she's writing. Luna is determined not to let this chance slip through her fingers and tells Simón that she has to succeed in her dream. Ámbar goes snooping on Luna's phone, and finds a picture of Simón in their storeroom. She later follows them and sees them together outside her house. She confronts Luna and tells her that she knows the truth about Simón living in her storeroom.

Jim is hurt after being rejected by Ramiro[]

Jim is upset after she finds out that Ramiro has feelings for Yam and not her. Yam is sympathetic to her situation and tells her to find a dog and bring it to the park after school. Ramiro passes by Jim and asks about Yam's interests, to which she responds that Yam likes dogs now. Jim borrows her aunt's dog and brings his twhich attracts many cute boys to talk to the pair. As Yam tells Jim that none of the boys caught her interest, Ramiro shows up with a dog in tow.

RollerTrack is outed[]

A "Boys vs Girls" Open Music is announced. Ámbar is annoyed at the prospect of singing with Luna, but Luna is excited and tells Nina that she should sing with them. Nina refuses, but instead tells her about RollerTrack, a charming and intelligent person that comments on FelicityForNow's page. Luna surmises that Nina has a crush on RollerTrack, but Nina refutes saying she hardly knows him. Later that day, Delfina is collecting her things from her locker when she hears Gastón singing the same song that RollerTrack posted to FelicityForNow's page and concludes that he must be RollerTrack.

Tino & Cato are "fired"[]

Rey tells Tino and Cato to pack their things as they must go. Rey is bringing them on his "business trip" to Mexico, but Tino and Cato believe that they have been fired, so they bid a tearful goodbye to Mónica and Miguel. Cato tells Amanda that he will write everyday and blames his "termination" on Rey's jealousy towards his connection with Amanda, who Cato believes is dating Rey. Rey arrives and the men leave on their trip before Amanda can tell Cato the truth.

"Invisibles" gets a music video[]

Pedro thinks that the band should branch out and suggests that they film a music video for their newest song "Invisibles." He approaches Delfina for help, but Jazmín overhears and offers her services. Jazmín is proposing a video filled with the color purple when Nina interjects and suggests that the video focus on the band performing with skaters. The band loves the idea and asks Jazmín and Nina to work together on the clip.

Nina gets real with Simón over his feelings for Luna[]

Simón is on a bench in the beginnings of writing his song "Eres" about Luna when Nina approaches him. She asks him about his inspirations for the song and tells him that his feelings for Luna are more than just friendship.
