Before the song was performed on the show, the lyrics were included on La vida es un sueño's official lyric page under the name "Nobody But You," but the song was not included on the album.[1]

- After "Mano a mano," this was the second song from Season 2 to not be included in the La vida es un sueño soundtrack.
- The album version of this song includes Agustín Bernasconi and Lionel Ferro despite the fact that they never sing the song on the show. This is only the second time this has happened, the first being when Karol Sevilla and Carolina Kopelioff were included on the album version of "Camino."
- When this song was performed in Season 3, Benicio sang Agustín Bernasconi's lines, while Eric and Michel sang Lionel Ferro's lines.
