On July 15, 2016, a live version of "Eres" was released. It was recorded at Radio Disney Vivo, wheen the cast of Soy Luna performed at Luna Park in Buenos Aires, Argentina; and Movistar Arena in Santiago, Chile. Unlike the original, Karol Sevilla, Ruggero Pasquarelli, and Michael Ronda sung the song together. In addition to being released as a single, it was also included as track nine on Música en ti.

- Simón sings this song to Luna for the first time in the Puerto Madero neighborhood of Buenos Aires.
- It's shown that Luna is touched by the song, and she starts to cry when Simón sings it to her.
